Cancellations

Due to the speed we fulfill your requests, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate production. Before you make the prepayment or open the LC, please contact Customer Service and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

If the prepayment is made or LC is opened, the order can not be cancelled.

Buycylinder.com accepts payment term TT or LC.

For the customers, the payment should be made or LC should be opened within 30 days from the date we confirm the order. If the customers fail to make payment or open the LC within 30 days, Buycylinder.com, at the sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel the order at any time.
