Shipping & Risk Transfer

All Buycylinder.com export orders are shipped under INCOTERMS® 2010 rules as defined by the International Chamber of Commerce. Unless otherwise stated and agreed, default shipping term is FOB China main port, or CIF customer designed main port. The title of commodity shall be transferred to the buyer after the seller receives the full payment of the order value from the buyer. The risk of the commodity shall be transferred to the buyer from the moment of the commodity be loaded on board.
